Changes compared to phase 1 : WG has been tweaked compared
to phase 1 (the number of clock cycles during resyncs is increased to 44). The
authors do not give the stream cipher a new name, so for clarity we
propose to refer to the phase 2 version as WG (P2). The old phase 1 page can be found here.
Corrections during Phase 2 : One typo was fixed on Nobember 27, 2006. The typo is related to the number of clock cycles during resyncs, and it was pointed out by Thomas Johansson. The orignial version of WG submitted to Phase 2 is available here.
