Log Message:

* removed unused variable `tmp' in `ECRYPT_ivsetup'.
* removed unused variable `j' in `goodfilter'.
* removed unused variable `nbByte' in `main'.
* disabled `FFCSR8_EVALUATE' with an #ifndef ECRYPT_API.
* added `ECRYPT_init()'.
* added `ECRYPT_KEYSIZE(i)' and `ECRYPT_IVSIZE(i)' macros.
* moved static `init' array to `ECRYPT_ctx'.
* limited the number of iterations in `while(goodfilter(ctx) != 1 )' in
  order to avoid lockups.
