Log Message:

* included AES C-files in `polar-bear.c' in order to have a single object file.
* corrected non-ansi `//' comments.
* renamed `ECRYPTInit' to `ECRYPT_init'.
* removed unused variable `gi', `expKeyBytes' and `j'.
* removed dynamic memory allocation of ctx->ks.
* removed `aes.h' form `ecrypt-sync.h' in order to keep the namespace clean.
* made `ECRYPT_KEYSIZE(i)' API-compliant.
