Log Message:

* replaced `union Int {};' by `typedef union {} Int;'.
* replaced I64-suffices by U64C-macros.
* removed references (which are not supported in C).
* moved state initialization to `ECRYPT_ivsetup' in order to make the code
  conform to the API.
* used macros for portable endianness conversion.
* added support for arbitrary message lengths.
* changed `ECRYPT_BLOCKLENGTH' to 8.
